RIESLING, WATER, LOVE. NO MORE, NO LESS.
In order to make a really good WEINSCHORLE (“wine spritzer”) you have to start with a special wine that maintains its aromatic essence even when mixed with sparkling water. The water should also complement the wine with its own taste and mineralic composition.
EVERY FALL: THE SEARCH FOR THE PERFECT WINE
The riesling used to make WEINSCHORLE is grown in a small vineyard in the German wine region of Rheinhessen. The grapes are specially selected and pressed during the fall harvest. The yearly compositional variances of the grapes’ character help to create a unique product each year.
The addition of water from a 700 year-old mineral and medicinal spring in Kondrau, Bavaria provides for a balanced mix which is refreshing and fruity – but not too sweet.
WEINSCHORLE has 5.5% alcohol and is available in 0,25 liter returnable glass bottles.
For those not lucky enough to live in city where WEINSCHORLE is available in bars, clubs and stores: it is possible to order online. WEINSCHORLE can be ordered via the following online shop:
